Personal Information Protection Policy

We recognize the importance of appropriately protecting personally identifiable information of our customers (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"), and we are committed to the following measures as a company.

1. 1）We will conduct appropriate collection, use, provision, and retention of personal information. Collecting, using, providing, or retaining personal information against the individual's will constitutes a violation of rights and undermines trust as a business entity. Therefore, we establish clear management rules for the collection, use, provision, and retention of personal information and manage them accordingly. Furthermore, when providing or disclosing customers' personal information to subcontractors, we will obligate subcontractors to protect personal information through confidentiality agreements or similar means, and manage them to ensure that subcontractors handle personal information appropriately.

In handling personal information, we will comply with laws and regulations related to personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and other standards, and act in accordance with internal regulations. Additionally, we will conduct education and enlightenment for employees, including officers.

6. 6）Regarding the management, utilization, disposal, shredding, etc., of the personal information held by our company: The personal information held by our company includes (individual names, phone numbers, addresses). Access to our company's personal information requires a designated login ID and password for each computer, with access rights restricted. The personal information held by our company is utilized for business purposes, such as inquiries about repair details and contacting for estimates, based on requests from clients. We do not utilize personal information for purposes unrelated to repair services. Regarding the return of personal information held by our company, any information entrusted by clients that requires return will be promptly returned in its entirety. Information that does not require return will be shredded or disposed of using appropriate methods.
